Herbert Zierl
Founder & Managing Director
Herbert has over 30 years of experience in the IT marketplace. Prior to his current role, Herbert has been the regional Managing Director for the HPE in Middle East and before that he was regional BU Director for HP SW for MEMA. Prior to that he held several country and sub-regional management roles in different HP businesses.
Herbert lived and worked in Africa and the Middle East for the past 20 years and managed a variety of businesses (including services, software and infrastructure) within HP / HPE. He started and ran different businesses from its inception to maturity. Personally, sponsored and orchestrated transformational projects of WW relevance in the area of Smart Governments and Education. Herbert has a successful track record in building and leading strong teams, striving for success and delivering on exceptional
financial results. He also managed the integration and the acquisition of several Services companies.
After many years within a big IT vendor, Herbert now focusses on bringing new, smart technologies with startups to the market. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.

Angus MacCormick
Founder & Director Sales & Marketing
An Innovative leader, with expertise in delivering well-crafted strategies and building strong teams, MacCormick has a proven track record in taking new technologies to market.
Today, Angus is focused on bringing Evolving Systems to the market in the Middle East. For the past 2 years, as VP, Emerging Markets, starting from zero, MacCormick has successfully established vArmour as one of the leaders in cyber security in the Middle East. Prior to this he also set up InfoBlox, CCR3 and Simplivity.
In the period from 2010 to 2017 at Procera, MacCormick took the company from zero to become the market leading brand in Emerging Markets by creating six years period of stellar growth.
Prior to Procera, at Cisco, MacCormick spent 15 years as Director of advanced technologies responsible for using his expertise to introduce new products into Emerging Markets. Before this he spent ten years working at IBM, Siemens and Procter & Gamble.
In his personal life, Mr. MacCormick has led science expeditions (Operation Raleigh) and is a long-term competitor in challenging sports including triathlon, running, and swimming.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA from the University of Glasgow.
